The old Dietz lantern factory in Syracuse has come back to life as luxury apartments and commercial space.

The upper three floors of the four-story building contain 92 apartments (71 one-bedroom, 18 two-bedroom and three three-bedroom units). The first floor contains 50,000 square feet of commercial space.

Amenities include basement parking, a fitness center and a business center for use by tenants, and a pet-washing station.
