Excellence in Historic Preservation Award Recipient

Preservation League of New York State Awards the Dietz an Excellence in Historic Preservation Award.

We are pleased to announce that the Preservation League of New York State has selected Paulus Development’s historic rehabilitation of the R.E. Dietz Lantern Factory as a recipient of an Excellence in Historic Preservation award. The Preservation League of New York State honors notable achievements in retaining, promoting and reusing New York State’s irreplaceable architectural heritage.
